Make sure your LinkedIn profile is an accurate representation of you and your accomplishments with a review and edit of English language fundamentals like spelling and grammar. LinkedIn continues to serve as a powerful job search and networking platform and you don't want to miss a job opportunity due to sloppy grammar.
We'll review and correct your complete LinkedIn profile, including Headlines, Summary and Detailed sections. We will not review any uploaded documents, presentations, websites, or portfolios.
Grammar Check for your LinkedIn profile includes corrections on:
- Spelling and grammar
- Verb tense and prepositional phrases
- Business terms used in your industry/sector
- Colloquial word usage
- Readability and sentence structure
To export your LinkedIn profile as a PDF, go to your LinkedIn profile area and click More -> Save as PDF.
If your profile contains sectiions like Skills, Language or Publications, it is better to export your profile as a CSV file:
- Go to Linked In Account -> Settings & Privacy
- Go to Privacy -> Get a Copy of your Data
- Click Want Something in Particular -> Select Profile
After 10 minutes you will receive an email with a link to download the CSV file. You can either upload the CSV file or save the CSV file as a Word document or PDF and then upload it.
To qualify as a student to receive discount prices, your resumé and cover letter must indicate that you are currently matriculated in a college or university and/or have at least a 75% focus on experience gained while in an undergraduate or graduate course.
We charge the same rate for all students from undergraduate level through to masters and PhD level. The only exception is executive MBA students who will be charged at the professional rate.
Once you upload your file(s), you will receive your document(s) in your customer account and via email within our standard delivery window of 48 to 72 hours. You can also opt for 24-hour express delivery for a 25% surcharge.
Our delivery window applies to our regular business hours of Monday to Saturday, 8 AM to 6 PM CET.

What is the difference between a resumé and CV?
You may hear the terms CV and resumé bandied about. Are they different? The answer is yes and no.
When applying for a job in the U.S. you will be asked to send a resumé and in Europe you will be asked for a Curriculum Vitae or CV for short. Technically, there is a difference between the two - A resumé highlights or gives a top-level description of your work experience, and a CV provides more detail about your experience, and will therefore, be slightly longer.
Practically speaking however, a CV and a resumé are the same thing - The U.S. resumé and the European CV both spotlight professional experience, education, and qualifications and skills. The team at GeoWord has had extensive experience in recruitment internationally, including in the U.S., and both terms are used interchangeably. So for the purpose of simplicity, the GeoWord website uses the term “resumé.”
There is one caveat though for academic CVs, which have a specialized format and is a comprehensive record of one’s academic, research and teaching experience.
