After 20 years as an executive recruiter placing candidates at companies like Nestlé, LVMH, Starbucks, TopShop and Estée Lauder, it was apparent that one of the biggest pain points is candidates not having a compelling English resumé or cover letter.
I've seen thousands of resumés and spent hundreds of hours correcting grammar, untangling 'franglais,' slicing and red-marking, and adding polish, so professionals can land their dream job in multinationals across the globe.
Based in Paris and a tri-lingual in French, Italian and English, I realized that I was in the unique position to offer premium recruitment tools, especially for professionals in creative, marketing, finance/banking, sales and general management roles.
There is No Substitute for Native Speakers
When it comes to language, there's simply no substitute for the first-hand knowledge of cross-culture nuances. This will allow for crisp translations and more opportunity to give potential employers the best representation of your skills and work experience.
Besides headhunting, I am an eternal student, learning about the world through varied points of views, which explains why I pursued a B.S. in Molecular Biology, as well as a Masters in Marketing and Business Administration!
