All sales are final, however, GeoWord will revise your resumé, cover letter or LinkedIn profile at no additional cost until you are happy with the final document.

We are committed to helping you achieve your career goals. If you’re not happy with your final GeoWord documents, you’ll need to contact us within 7 business days of receiving your documents. You can submit your issues on your customer account or by email at info@geoword.io.

Once we received your issues, we will follow up with any additional questions or clarifications and submit a revised document.

If we do not hear back within 7 business days, your documents are considered approved and final. You can always contact at info@geoword.io with any issues about your order.
